Terms of Service

1. Scope of Work

All projects will be executed according to the agreed scope, deliverables, timelines, and revisions. Any additional requirements outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

2. Payment Terms

A 100% advance payment is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work will commence only after the payment is received and confirmed.

3. Revisions & Approvals

Revisions are limited to the number agreed upon at the start of the project. Delays in feedback, approvals, or required content from the client may affect the project timeline.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable in cases of client-initiated cancellation, change of requirements, delays, or other circumstances attributable to the client.

If Elivatr Creative Agency terminates a project without a valid reason and without any fault from the client’s side, the applicable unused amount will be refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, approvals, access, and other materials required to complete the project on time.

6. Intellectual Property

Final approved and fully paid deliverables will belong to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Elivatr Creative Agency may display completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets, fonts, stock images, software, plugins, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

7. Professional Conduct

Clients are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication with our team. Abusive, threatening, harassing, or inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate suspension or termination of the project without refund.

8. Project Delays

Elivatr Creative Agency is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback, missing information, third-party platforms, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elivatr Creative Agency will make reasonable efforts to deliver work as agreed but will not be liable for indirect losses, business losses, loss of revenue, or results dependent on third-party platforms, advertising platforms, search engines, or other external services.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a payment or approving the commencement of a project, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.
